Young Heart Singers visit MediLodge

The reason I chose Medilodge of Okemos is because my sister was here and she had excellent care. Also, my mother was here as well and she too had excellent care. The therapy department is excellent I mean all of them. My aide Cathy and Isora are great and you could not ask for anything better! I have had no problem waiting for help as soon as I turn on my call light they are in right away. I plan on having another surgery this year and will definitely be coming back to Medilodge.

I want to thank everyone here for the wonderful care that I have received. Everyone made me feel that they cared about me. The staff was helpful and I was treated like a guest. The rehabilitation was the best I have ever received.

MediLodge of Okemos has a lot to offer. I was here 5 years ago and therapy has always been very consistent!

I chose MediLodge of Okemos for my rehabilitation because it is close to home and convenient for my husband to visit. The rooms are very nice and clean. All departments are great and everyone is so kind, helpful and hard working.

I chose MediLodge of Okemos because my social worker at the hospital highly recommended it. The Nurses specifically Holly and CNA Katina and Alaina are wonderful. The therapy and activities staff are fabulous as well! I’ve made lifelong friends here. Had lots of laughs and made an amazing recovery. After 13 months in a wheelchair, I was finally walking again in just two weeks of being here!

Everyone was good to me, even the patients! I got to know a lot of great people while I was here!

My daughter researched several rehabilitation centers in the area, and she recommended MediLodge of Okemos because it had the most to offer.  My care was better than I could have ever expected, and I was very well fed! Several members of the nursing staff (Ken, Julie, Andrea, Liz, Kayli, and Casey) consistently went above and beyond. The staff in this facility is TOP NOTCH!

I have been to this facility before and like it here. I like the therapy department because the same therapists work with you during your stay there and make sure you’re doing what you’re supposed to. I also enjoy all the entertainment at the facility, especially Bingo and when the Accordion man comes to play.

I chose this center because the hospital said it was a good center. Therapy was great and very supportive! Everyone was very professional, and it takes special people to do this work!
